and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).
Based on these, experienced engineers operate a systematic quality management system
across the entire process.

With skilled personnel holding master welder certifications,
we have specialized welding technology capable of handling MTS environments.

We apply our in-house welding jig device patent (10-2193096) to improve precision.
Chambers use TIG welding and frames use CO₂ welding,
so each component is welded with the method best suited to its characteristics.

With a 5,511㎡ site and a 990㎡ plant,
we have an environment specialized for large vacuum chambers and heavy structures.

With ample workspace and equipment, we also reliably handle high-difficulty large structures
such as 5-axis and 7-axis SiC CVD chambers.
