Core Competency

Engineer inspecting the site from design to installation

01 Design to Installation

One-Stop Service

Unlike typical processes split among design, manufacturing, and installation vendors, FTL handles
concept design, 3D design, 2D drawings, chamber and parts manufacturing, assembly,
pre-shipment assembly and function testing, on-site installation, commissioning, and after-sales service with a single team.

This eliminates complex communication, unclear responsibility,
delayed delivery, and rising costs.

02 Design & Engineering

Design & Engineering

We hold ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certifications, core personnel with over 10 years of experience,
and welding technology suited to MTS environments.

Through customized design and manufacturing based on customer requirements, we develop custom jigs in-house
and operate an R&D Center for new product design and development.

Installation and commissioning support through on-site monitoring

03 Field Service

Field Support

We perform performance verification through equipment delivery and unpacking, installation and commissioning,
and on-site operation tests, including pumping tests and other field tests.

We respond on-site within 72 hours when equipment issues occur,
and dedicated personnel support installation and commissioning.

Manufacturing capability proven by technology

Production & Quality Production & Quality

With a 5,511㎡ site and a 990㎡ plant, we specialize in large vacuum chambers and heavy structures.
We apply TIG welding (chambers) and CO₂ welding (frames), and directly perform assembly quality control, pre-assembly & shop tests, and vacuum tests.

We also handle high-difficulty structures such as 5-axis and 7-axis SiC CVD chambers.

R&D · Patent R&D & Patent

We operate our own R&D Center with specialized personnel,
and hold a welding jig device patent (10-2193096, Dec. 14, 2020, inventor Hong Seok-pyo).

Building on this, we have accumulated a wide range of patent applications
and have the technical capability to develop custom jigs in-house.

SiC CVD Chamber Benefits

SiC CVD is a high-temperature, repeated vacuum process. Stability depends on manufacturing quality and experience, and process issues can lead to production stoppages and product loss.

  • System Build Responsibility

We handle the entire process from design to manufacturing, installation, and commissioning,
and take responsibility until the system is stabilized.

  • Korea 5-Axis System Base

Optimized for Bulk Type characteristics on a proven 5-axis system,
enabling faster achievement of required thickness and resistivity conditions.

  • System Stabilization

Auto/semi-auto operation (with rollback and skip) and log-based continuous improvement
    support faster stabilization and yield.

  • After-Sales Support

Based on experience repairing other companies’ equipment,
we take responsibility from operation through after-sales care.

  • Local Conditions Reflected

We design to country- and region-specific environments and regulations,
and consider hazardous-material permits such as H₂ and MTS in advance.

  • Quality & Stability

We apply quality standards for long-term operation,
securing stability even in SiC CVD’s high-temperature, repeated vacuum process.
